The glycemic index (GI) ranks foods by how fast they raise blood sugar. Choosing low-GI foods means slower digestion, steadier energy, and better blood sugar control throughout the day.

Our Low Glycemic Diet uses ingredients with a Glycemic Index score below 50 to help with diabetes  management. We've included three meals and two snacks daily to prevent blood sugar highs and lows.
